Suggest Treatment For Itchy Scab

I'm 32 and weigh about 114 with no health problems. This scab started out just as a bump and now it's orange and yellow and stings,. At first i thought maybe it was a pimple but then it started itching really bad, So i thought maybe a spider bite or something. It's turned into a really ugly scab maybe infected. I don't know
