Suggest Treatment For Itchy, Smelly Pimple Like Marks On Testicles

I have like four pimple look alike marks on the right side of my nutsack... And they weren t itching at first, but they also aren t going away... Now after like a week, They are itching n making by briefs smell bad as I use the restroom... Any suggestions of what it may be or/what I can use to get rid of them ??
