Suggest Treatment For Itchy Sore Vaginal Discahrge

I thought I had a yeast infection I was itchy and soar my discharge was like liquid and yellow but doesn t smell. I took fluconazole yesterday morning seems to be a little better but still there. Is that normal ? how long does it take for it to go away
