Suggest Treatment For Itchy Spots All Over Body

I have had threadworms for 4months now I also think I have scabies my clothes are covered in black dots and do is my bed clothes.I have bought worm tsblets several times .wrnt to doctor and got cream for scabies .I still have black dots on my clothes I am still itchy they are now in my hair.I am constant showering and changing my clothes please help.I don t know what else to do .Ihave Evan got a new bed .I did see a bug on my bed last week .I have now thrown the bed out .I have treated my hair and I wash and bonecme it every night but they are still in my hair.
