Suggest Treatment For Itchy Throat And Constant Cough During Pregnancy

Hello I am carrying now and I am in fifth month. I am unable to consume proper food and almost din gain weight in pregnancy. In fact I am losing weight and doctor told me tat I should gain atleast one kg per month. I am having so itchy throat from two days and continuous cough. I kept having hot water and had hot pepper milk today morning. It is so difficult while coughing. Can you help regarding this.
