Suggest Treatment For Itchy Throat And Red Streaks In Mouth

My throat and ears have been itchy and when I look inside my mouth it looks almost yellowish with red streaks. I figure it's from trying to scratch it with my tongue. No fever no cough. Occasional runny nose, pain in my nose when I breath through nose and sneezing.
