Suggest Treatment For Itchy Throat And Runny Nose

Hello Doctor, I have cough for 3 weeks now, and sometimes my throat is very itchy and my cough gets worser. I also have water dripping from my nose when i bend down, just 2-3 drops max and couple of days i had little pain under my ear. Could you pls help?
