Suggest Treatment For Itchy Welts Caused By Emotional Stress

My mom has lupus. I ve had chronic hives for about five years. Urticaria. I was 3 months premature. I had an Ana test done and lyme disease testing along w general blood testing and allergy testing lived in 3 homes long story short I m not convinced that is all it can be. My body hates me.pressure heat stress emotionally physically or mentally all cause huge welts that itch terrible. Allergist said ranitidine n stretch. Which helps but I m not satisfied that I have to b so uncomfortable. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
