Suggest Treatment For Itchy White Spots

I am 11, I have recently developed small but itchy white spots, apparently full of puss. Last weekend I was at my ex-home in the middle of the woods wearing only flip-flops, could this have something to do with it?

P.S. I weigh 70 lbs.,am 55.5 inches tall, am allergic to dog saliva, cat saliva, and dust mites, plus I have athsma.
