Suggest Treatment For Itchy,dry And Swollen Patch In Pubic Area

Hi!!i am 21yrs old,female.. about 6mths back i got a dark pigmented rash in pubic area...consulted a Gen.phys...she prescribed tricovit tablet and cloben G ointment to be used for 15days....it was almost cured.bt nw since 2weeks it reccurd,,n it is abt a size of apalm,very itchy,irritating and dry..and from last 2days i got 1 cyst type(dumball) swelling in my pubic area....plz suggest me wat should i do..
