Suggest Treatment For Janeway Lesions On Palms

so what looks like janeway lesions but isn't? sorry,lol, only pictures I could find that matched the spots on his hands...but he's not sick. Had an ear infection last month...but fine now. just got these spots on the palms of his hands while in the shower a few days ago.Not a lot. just half a dozen or so spread out on palms of hands... all spots are gone now but one. Just curious.
