Suggest Treatment For Joint Swelling

I went to the DR the other day because of joint pain and fluid in the joints with very bad swelling and he commented that I may have lupus. It does not run in my family so I feel that I likely do not have it though I suffer with swelling, fibromyalgia and liver problems
