Suggest Treatment For Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy

Hi, I was diagnosed with juvinille myclonic epilepsy when i was around 14, im 21 now. I have simple partial seizures. I had my daughter when i was 18 and hadn't had any seizures since i became pregnant. Now about 4 years later i've been having them frequently for the last 2 months. What could cause this?
