Suggest Treatment For Kelloids In Chest

Gud Eveng, I have Kelloids on chest part adn it itches a lot and its bigger in size (3 inches), Please tell me is there any treatment (NO SURGERY's) where it can be healed completely?? I've already undergone many treatments which are unsuccessfull unfortunately.
