Suggest Treatment For Keloid On Hand

hi my name is ashok... i have a kiloid on my left hand nearly 2 cm long and 1 cm thick caused due to accident. i have applied almost every branded ointment but that has not work for me...can you please advice what kind of treatment should i go for and what will be the cost of treatment...
