Suggest Treatment For Keloid

Hi, my name is Daniel Nanle, i am a civil servant, living and working in Abuja, Nigeria. I had bump which was treated and it metamorphosed into keloid. Recently, i have been contemplating which is the best option to treat the keloid. mine has healed but left a little scar that the back of my head just close to my neck. Someone advicing i use podophyllin cream on it that it will eat the scar away. Like i said, the scar neither pains or itch. I am also contemplating surgery with radiation treatment. Thank you.
