Suggest Treatment For Keloids On Chest And Back

Hi have many keloids on my chest and back and everytime i see a new one coming it hurts. The first one appeared around 11 years back. The number is increasing day by day. This has hampered my confidence. Please help me. Till date i have never applies anything to traet them
