Suggest Treatment For Keloids

Any advise on how to treat keloids? Thoughts on enzyme therapy and enzyme creams? I had an op June 2013, the scars were healing beautifully; and suddenly during the last three days I have noticed them rising, becoming much more prominent, and white.
