Suggest Treatment For Keloids

Dear sir, i have keloids from past 2yrs on the middle chest due to acne, it got to be appeared to one small and now its spreading all over my chest area, i took steroids injections but didnt help me, and currently now from past 4months am undergoing treatment , i take tables as prescribed by doctor but not found satisfactory. pls help me sir, i have spent lot n lot on this but of no use... pls sir, help me.. the following are my contact details...
