Respected Sir, With a lot of hope and expectations, i am writing this mail to you with an humble request to look into my case and give me a suitable advise. I am suffering from Diebetic T-2 since 1984 and developed nephropathy in 2003. Presently,Serum Creatinine level has rapidly increased from 1.8 ( 2008) to 3.9 (2010) and now its 6. However the glycaemic status is more or less controlled. There are blood pressure flactuations between 140/80 to 130/80 with 4 anti-hypertensive drug regime of diebetic nephropathy. The recent reports on the Investigations shows 1. Hba1c-8.4. 2. Calcium- 6.2 mg%. 3. lipid profile normal. 4. Total protein- 5.4 5. Albumin -3.1 6. ALP - 174 iu/ml 7. Serum Creatinine level - 5.87 mg % 8. PTH - 420 9. EUTHYROID state with drug. 10. Hbsag - negative, 11. Plasma electrophorosys - no abnormality 12. BJ protein- absent, 13.Urinary ACR - 9.25. Dropler has been conducted for both the kidneys and is found to be normal in shape and size with slight parenchymal change shows stage 1 diebetic nephropathy. Within last 2 months, creatinine level has increase from 1.8 to 2.9 to 3.9 to 4.9 and presently its 5.87. Till date the cause of such rapid detoriation is unknown. Under the said circumstances, the condition of my kidney is detoriating and I am unable to find any wayout. I will be obliged if you kindly help me out under such situation.
