Suggest Treatment For Kidney Problem

Hi sir my self shailendra,, My father is Mr. K prasad and he is 61 year old sugar patient from past 8 years . and one year before he got problem with his kidney which current count is 4.6.as on date 28/03/11, last month it was 3.9. and last year on april it was on 3. and we are touch with nephrologist doctor from past one year but the problem is remain same and going bigger .. and one more thing his HB% is 7.8 as of now.i have all labs reports and doctor s priscription. which i can show you.. Please sir help me out my father is in very tense.. pls sir i request you that reply me with a positive hope and guide me now what we have do in priority. thanks
