Suggest Treatment For Kidney Stones Leading To Pain And Blood In Urine

I have a 7mm stone in the lower pole of my right kidney, and a 3mm on left. My urologist thinks my pain is muscular. I have had more than 13 stones and feel I know my pain well. He suggested I see PT to assess my pain. I did and it hurt and I had increased blood in my urine for about 4 hours then back to baseline with very little blood and intermittent pain again. This is week 6 since it was diagnosed on the ct. The urologist knows I am an anesthesia risk and wants to wait 4 weeks.
