Suggest Treatment For Kidney Stones

Hi, hope you can help. I am a 43 yo female presenting with a diagnosed kidney stone I'm still trying to pass. Last exam, (Friday) it seemed stuck in the bladder. I'm now urinating frequently and drinking tons of water as directed but just noted white strands in my urine flow. They are not stones.....fleshy in composition actually.
