Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain And Forearm Pain

i was in an mva last saturday went to er for left knee pain and right forearm pain. since sunday i have had diareaha that i can not stop even at night..taken 6 bottles of anti diareaha medication over the counter. should i go back to the er for the diareaha?
