Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain Caused After Knee Surgery

So, I had knee surgery about 2 months ago. The doctor removed some flooring cartilage and shaved my knee bone that was jagged. I m am still having sever pain when walking . I am very concerned I m only 46 , so my doc says I m to young for knee replacement, anything else I can do?
