Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain Due To Torn Meniscus

Sir, i met with an accident in which my right leg was twisted (my bike was held by my leg which was in straight position then initially there was pain but after a week it completely disappeared.I dont feel any problem in walking , but when running (or when there is stress on the knee), it is very much painful. browsing vis A vis my problem, meniscus is torn as per the symptoms ? What would u suggest , Sir ? Next year i have to pass the medicals of IAF and i dont hink my presnt condition would help me any way
