Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain Observed Post Replacement Surgery

i am a 55 . 7 years agoa had a horrible experience on a knee replacement which had me have it redone. now my left knee is bone on bone and the pain is become so unbearable and they have said it has been grounded down two inches. the problem is the previous knee replacements have me in such a traumatic feeling i cant do it.but the pain is making me not sleeping and way to depressed to even get out of bed please give me somesort of advice
