Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain Without Stronger Medication

about 20 years ago and my right was done about 17 years ago, I've been able to continue my active lifestyle without much pain however recently I've been experiencing lingering pain in both knees.

I realize pain in my knees is normal after these surgeries but is there anything I can do to releave my pain without heavy medications?
