Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

hello mt knees hurt it is a sharp pain and it burn it feels like someone is stabing me in the back of my knee and since my knees are hyperextended it hurt to stand and they hurt all the time i cant get rid of the pain even with a heathy amount of pain killers
