Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

Hello doctor I recently hurt my knee at work and while waiting fir the MRI to come back my doctor won't prescribe me anything for pain that's strong enough to do it's job I am oPiod tolerant and the aspirin or tylelnol that the put in the 10 mg percs hur my stomach afterni take three of them can u write me a script for something stronger being that my doctor doesn't beleive I'm in this much pain?
