Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

i was playing flag football and while jumping for the football another player dove at it his knee hit my right knee on the left side i can sort of walk on it and most of the pain has gone away but it still hurts should i go the hospital to check it out? the knee is not very swollen but not super bruised either what should i do?
