Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

61 years old women is suffering from knee pain(left side). She is also a patient of dibeties and high blood pressure. A lot of medicins are being consumed by her. Insuline is also being injected to her daily. Some doctor has advised her for knee replacement, which seems a difficult task due to above. May I get your advice to cure her without undergoing surgery. Thanks.
