Suggest Treatment For Knot On Outer Nostril

I have a knot next to my left outter nostril.... literally push on it and the fluid in it drains into my gums.... it creates a bubble on the same spot of my gums and will eventually burst and yellowish fluid and blood with leak out.... comes back right away and applies a lot of pressure on my left teeth... any suggestions on what this could be?
