Suggest Treatment For Labial Adhesion

my daughter is almost 3 months old and just got diagnosed with libial adhesion and her peds dr said that it is 80% closed yet she is still peeing fine and all the time and it doesn't seam to be hurting her at all. She was prescribed "Premarin" to apply but I am worried about the estrogen in it even though it is such a small amount she will be getting in her vaginal area.
I would prefer to go with an all natural method? is there something recommended instead of an estrogen cream.
