Suggest Treatment For Labyrinthitis After A Viral Infection

hi I was diagnosed with labyrinthitis after a viral infection... this lasted 3 months, though still get symptoms on and off... recently my ears have started hurting on and off throughout the day, mostly the left ear which I had ringing in .. please can you help. Lynne
