Suggest Treatment For Labyrinthitis

I was diagnosed with labyrinthitis a couple of months ago and flew for the first time this week. During take off I felt as if I was going to faint. Very heavy headed. This feeling passed quickly and I didn't have any prblems landing. Just perhaps some slight uneasiness when the plain banked. I am assuming this is related to pressure and the inner ear. People seem to suggest taking antihistamine will help. Do you think so.
