Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Bowel Movement Without Enema

I have been having to do enemas to have a bowl movement for a while now and the last couple of times I cannot really feel the water going in, and I don t have the feeling that it needs to come out, after a long time I finally get up to go and hardly any water comes out, I am very nervous as to where the water is going. Is this normal?
