Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Nails On Foot

Hi Doc , One of my friend has a problem with her foot . She has no nails on her foot and also there are so many pimples on her foot starting from knee which is loking very bad .She had consulting with so many doctors but the condition is same . Doc can you please help me out .
