Suggest Treatment For Lacunar Infarcts Seen In Left Capsulo Ganglionic Area

Hello doctor i need a serious suggestion can you please help.I love my mother . she has got Lacunar infarcts seen in left capsulo ganglionic area. Rest of the brain paranchyma appears normal. She gas blood pressure. May i please know how long does it persist and any best medication.please
