Suggest Treatment For Large Blister On Foot Along With Soreness

Hi i have recently been to the gym in ill fitting trainers and forgotten to wear socks, i came away with a huge blister on my foot and the skin that came off was very thick, it has now been pulsating and is extremely sore and it is keeping me awake, any idea how i can help it? Thank you
