Suggest Treatment For Large Bruise On Back Side Of Upper Leg

Hello, I have a large bruise the size of a baseball on the back of my upper left leg, and it has three white dots on it. It s slightly raised, but not hard to the touch. The bruise appeared randomly, and I just noticed it today. What could be a possible reason for this?
