Suggest Treatment For Large Hard Bumps On Face

I have over the last few years been getting really large, hard, bumps in my face. They aren't acne although they seem to have puss and when I try to pop it or dig it out they feel like small rocks. There's some puss but not much. I have one now and I need it to be goine due to a sociial event in one month. They usually scar my face and leave a deep crease. Help...Thank you
