Suggest Treatment For Large Hematoma In Right Knee

I have a large hematoma on my right knee caused by a fall 26 days ago. I have had X-ray and MRI and nothing is broken but hematoma still big and bruising now shifting into calf and by ankle and there is pain wherever there is bruising and just below knee cap which is still slightly swollen.
