Suggest Treatment For Large Lymph Node And Fever

I noticed a large lymph on the left side of my neck and low grade fever 2 weeks ago. Doc gave me 5 day antibiotic reg. finished a week ago. Still swollen- slight ear pain and sore throat- on same side only. Feel feverish but temp has been below normal for a week. How long should I wait before seeing an ENT for further testing?
