Suggest Treatment For Large Lymphoma On Thigh

My 73 year old mother has Giant Lipoma in right thigh. She had mri etc and was informed that it is intramucular and surgery is dangerous, with vascular and nerve complications. Is there a Clinic, Hospital etc. in the Cincinnati / Dayton Ohio area that would provide a comprehensive plan of action for removal of the Lipoma?
