Suggest Treatment For Large Spreading Sores On Ankles, Feet And Groin

hello my 10 year old son has over the last 2 days developed large ant bite looking whelp type sores on his ankles his feet and his private areas in front they seem to be spreading and getting worse any ideas i have given him hydroxazine, benadryl, and put calamine lotion on him but none appear to be working
