Suggest Treatment For Laryngeal Papillomatosis

Hello, I am a Canadian doctor, I am interested in a US doctor able to help treat a Laryngeal papilloma. It is effecting my vocal cords, creating a hoarseness and some occasional SOB. The two possible antivirals that seem may have some benefit are Oconase and a Cidofovir injection into the actual lesion or via nebulization. Both of these drug are currently not available in Canada. I am also open to any other treatments and able to travel if necessary.
