Suggest Treatment For Laryngitis And Sore Throat

The Saturday befor Christmas I came down with a sever case of layergitis was given a course of antibiotics and nose spray. It took close to two weeks for my voice to return to normal but im still or Now having a dry cough, sort of tickle in my throat and no to little phlegm coming up. never had a lot of congestion but did and still do have a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes on both sides under my jawline? What can be causing this?
