Suggest Treatment For Laryngitis In A Toddler

My 2 year old has a cold. Her symptoms were a cough, runny nose and sneezing. I took her to her pediatrician, who said that she was suffering from allergies. She s feeling better but is losing her little voice. Is there anything I can do for her throat or voice?
