Suggest Treatment For Left Breast Pain And Difficulty In Breathing

I am a 44 year old woman who for the last 4-6 weeks have experienced left breast pain and pain in my left side. This has led to pain and discomfort and difficulties breathing. I saw a Cardiologist last week and had ECG, echo and 24 hour echo as well as bloods and exercise ecg. Apparently the echo showed "preserved left ventricular function with minor lag of the anterior wall with regards to wall motions observations". Can you tell me what this means and whether it would explain the pain in my left breast and side?

I become very tired very easily. I cannot walk 100 metres without feeling tired and having to take a much slower pace than I would normally.

I have never had these symptoms before. I take 20mg Fluoxetine a day but am currently mentally very well.

the pain in my side and breast is persistent and pain killers do not help.
